Model 11 Grinder

The Model 11 Grinder is the workhorse of Prince’s grinder line-up. Offering superior quality due to its precision craftsmanship, cooler cutting, and minimal temperature rise, the newest grinder can handle 40,000-plus pounds of meat each hour.

The Model 11 provides greater strength and easier clean-up of the hopper. It features a spring-loaded knife holder with self-seating and sharpening inserts, feed screws designed for both fresh and tempered meat, reversible cutting plates, and replaceable center bushings.

Additionally, the grinder eliminates center pin breakage by rotating the knife holders using the drive lugs built into the feed screw. Moreover, depending on customer needs, the motor can be mounted underneath or on the side.

Like the Model 8, this grinder can be used in the rendering, poultry, beef, pork, lamb, seafood, and pet food industries.
